摘要 GB 18352.6-2016《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》法规的实施,特别是对汽油机颗粒物排放的严格限制,导致乘用车汽油机安装颗粒捕集器(GPF)成为必然趋势。由此带来机油灰分对GPF工作特性及可靠性影响的系列研究需求。传统上整车和台架试验虽然可以完成相应的需求,但耗时长,成本高。文章介绍了一种新型基于燃烧器的GPF快速累灰测试方法的原理和测试系统,在此基础上开展了多种不同机油灰分对GPF快速累灰的试验,并结合发动机台架和整车试验开展了相关性能影响测试。 With the implementation of GB 18352.6-2016 Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Light-duty Vehicles(CHINA 6),especially the enforcement of strict restriction on particulate emissions from gasoline engines,the trend of installing gasoline particulate filter(GPF) in gasoline engines of passenger vehicles has become inevitable.This brings about a series of research needs for effects of the lubricant ash on the performance characteristics and reliability of GPF.Traditional method based on vehicle and bench tests is possible to meet the corresponding requirements,but they are time-consuming and costly.This paper presents the principle and test system of a novel test way for accelerated ash accumulation of GPF based on burner bench.A variety of tests of different engine oil ash content on accelerated ash accumulation in GPF were carried out,and related performance impact tests were implemented in combination with engine bench and vehicle tests.
