国内外变压器油标准的发展

Development of Transformer Oil Standards at Home and Abroad

文章介绍了国内外变压器油标准(如,IEC标准、ASTM标准、GB 2536标准等)的发展概况,从国际变压器油标准发展情况看,IEC 60296和ASTM D3487是国际上最通用的标准,大部分国家标准都是在此基础上修改、采用和制定的。其中,国际电工委员会标准IEC 60296于2020年6月26日已发布第五版本,该标准扩大了适用范围,明确了产品标记,同时在技术指标方面,对变压器油的精制/稳定性提出了更多、更严格的要求。在新版IEC 60296:2020标准颁布后,我国变压器油标准GB 2536-2011将根据其重新修订。

In this paper,the development of transformer oil standards at home and abroad such as IEC,ASTM,GB 2536 are introduced.Among them,IEC 60296 and ASTM D3487 are the most commonly used standards internationally,and most national standards are modified,adopted and formulated on their basis.The International Electrotechnical Commission standard released the fifth edition of IEC 60296 on June 26,2020,which has expanded the scope of application,clarified product markings,and at the same time,put forward more and stricter requirements on the refining/stability of transformer oil in terms of technical indicators.After the new IEC 60296:2020 standard is issued,China’s transformer oil standard GB 2536-2011 will be revised according to it.
