摘要
"双困生"这一高校中特殊群体的就业能力如何提升、如何寻找合适的策略和手段来开展就业指导就显得尤为重要。本文分析民办高校"双困生"就业困境,指出学生就业择业中的状态及主要原因。通过分析导师制对民办高校"双困生"就业的影响,提出建立导师对口引导制度体系,加强师生沟通,就业后跟踪互动,形成良性循环发展策略。由此来促进民办高校"双困生"的就业,推动民办高校人才培养工作有序开展。
As the department of cultivating talents and exporting talents for the society,colleges and universities are duty-bound to undertake the responsibility of improving students’employability during the period of school.How to improve the employability of the special group of"double poor students"in colleges and universities,and how to find appropriate strategies and means to carry out employment guidance is particularly important.This paper analyzes the employment dilemma of"double poor students"in private colleges and universities,and points out the unideal state and the main reasons of students’employment and employment.Then it analyzes the influence of the tutorial system on the employment of"double poor students"in private colleges and universities,and finally puts forward the development strategies such as establishing the tutor guidance system,strengthening the communication between teachers and students to understand the specific situation of both sides,and continuing to form a virtuous circle of contact after employment.In order to promote the"double bind"non-governmental university employment,promoting talent cultivation in colleges and universities work orderly.
