Administrative personnel are an important part of the school management team and their performance level is directly related to the overall management level of the school. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the administrative personnel in the current higher vocational undergraduate universities, and makes a detailed introduction to the 360-degree performance appraisal system of the administrative personnel.
