摘要 新时代背景下,国家对高校的师德师风建设提出更高的要求,2018年11月,教育部印发《新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则》,提出倡导希望,划定基本底线,通过深入研究准则能进一步促进高校师德师风建设。文章从准则中的"六新"和出台的背景意义出发,提出落实师德师风建设的建议,通过明确主体责任、加强制度建设、增强教师关注度,以及与各项工作相结合的方式加强师德师风建设。 Under the background of the new era, the state has set higher requirements on the construction of teachers’ ethics and conducts in colleges and universities. In November 2018, the Ministry of Education issued "Ten-Point Norm for the Professional Behavior of University Teachers in the New Era", proposing to advocate hope and draw a basic bottom line. Further study of the guidelines can further promote the construction of teachers’ ethics and conducts in colleges and universities. Starting from the "six newness" in the norm and the background significance of its promulgation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the construction of teachers’ ethics and conducts. Through clear main body responsibility, strengthening system construction, strengthening teachers’ attention, and combing with various work, strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics and conducts.
