“调神通窍针法”治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察及对血清中IL-6、IL-10水平的影响

Clinical observation on the treatment of allergic rhinitis by“Tiao shen Tong qiao”Acupuncture and its effect on serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels

目的观察“调神通窍针法”治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月17日~12月17日就诊于我院的60例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者使用布地奈德喷鼻剂,观察组在此基础上加以调神通窍针法治疗,14天为一疗程,取两组患者治疗前治疗后血清,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELSA)测量血清中IL-6、IL-10水平,并采用SPSS 25.0软件分析其差异。结果①两个疗程后两组患者治疗后血清中IL-6含量降低,血清中IL-10含量升高,且治疗前后差异比较P<0.05。治疗后观察组血清中IL-6含量低于对照组,且差异比较P<0.05,观察组血清中IL-10高于对照组,且差异比较P<0.05;②比较观察组与对照组在改善鼻塞、下鼻甲肿胀这两方面上有统计学差异。结论调神通窍针可以有效治疗变应性鼻炎,可降低血清中IL-6含量,升高血清中IL-10含量,且在改善鼻塞、下鼻甲肿胀这两方面上更具有优势。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited to our hospital from 17 January 2019 to 17 December 2019 were selected and all of them met the inclusion criteria of this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray,and patients in the observation group were treated with tiao shen tong qiao acupuncture on this basis.A course of treatment lasted for 14 days.The serum of IL-6 and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSA)before and after the treatment and the differences were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results①After two courses of treatment,the serum IL-6 content in the two groups decreased,while the serum IL-10 content increased,and P<0.05 before and after treatment.The serum IL-6 content in the observation group was lower than the control group,and P<0.05;the serum IL-10 content in the observation group was higher than the control group,and P<0.05.②There were statistical differences compared the observation group with the control group in improving nasal congestion and inferior turbinate swelling.Conclusion Tiao shen tong qiao acupuncture can effectively treat allergic rhinitis,can reduce the serum IL-6 content and increase the serum IL-10 content,and has more advantages in improving nasal congestion and inferior turbinate swelling.
