摘要
采用不同成形工艺,烧结温度1200~1350℃,保温时间120min,在氢气气氛下成功制备了Mo-Cu合金。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)仪分析Mo-Cu合金的断口组织及元素分布,研究不同工艺下Mo-Cu合金的致密度、热导率以及显微组织的差异。结果表明,采用注射成形工艺比模压成形工艺可获得致密度更高的钼铜合金,致密度最高可达到98%。在相同烧结工艺条件下,注射成形钼铜合金比模压成形的热导率更高。
Mo-Cu alloy was successfully prepared in hydrogen atmosphere by different molding process,sintering temperature 1200~1350℃,holding time 120min.The fracture structure and element distribution of Mo-Cu alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The difference of density,thermal conductivity and microstructure of Mo-Cu alloy under different processing conditions was studied.The results show that the Mo-Cu alloy with higher density can be obtained by injection molding than by molding,and the highest density can reach 98%.Under the same sintering conditions,the thermal conductivity of injection molding Mo-Cu alloy is higher than that of molding.
