新时代背景下温州市节日群众文化活动研究

Research on Mass Cultural Activities of Festivals inWenzhou

开展节日群众文化活动,是营造欢乐、祥和的节日氛围,增强群众对美好生活的认同感、幸福感与获得感的主要方式之一。本文详细阐述了温州市在新时代创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区、全面推进“全民技艺普及工程”,大力实施文旅融合的背景下,开展节日群文活动积累的丰富经验,就存在的统筹和规划有待加强、文化队伍力量仍显薄弱、广场活动申请存在困难、民俗活动亟需提升、经费投入逐年递减以及提升的路径等问题,进行研究和探讨。

Carrying out mass cultural activities on festivals is one of the main ways to create a happy and peaceful festival atmosphere,enhance the people's sense of identity,happiness and gaining for a better life.Under the background of establishment of national public cultural service system demonstration area of new era in Wenzhou city,comprehensive promotion of the“notional technology pupularization project”,and vigorous implementing the integration of culture and tourism,this paper expounds in detail the rich experience accumulated in festivals and mass cultural activities.What's more,the existing problems are studies and discusses in this paper,for example,the overall planning needs to be enhanced,the strength of cultural team is still weak,the application of square activities is difficult,the folk activities need to be improved,the investment in funds is decreasing year by year,and its path needs to be improved as well.
