现代信息技术深度融合下教学要素关系的新变化及其影响--基于公共决策“三圈理论”分析框架的视角 被引量:4

摘要 现代信息技术深度融合于教学背景下,教学的基本要素有什么变化、它们的相互关系怎样、教学具有哪些新的特征等都需要加以研究。参考美国哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院提出的关于领导战略管理与决策“三圈理论”的分析框架,可以对教学过程中的各要素之间的关系进行描述。教师作为教学的决策者,教学过程是一个从规划、决策到实施的过程,教学同样存在三圈分布和三圈交叉现象。当现代信息技术深度融合于教学后,传统的教学要素圈相交形成的区域被现代信息技术全覆盖,现代信息技术与教学各要素相依相存成为一个整体。情境化的教学环境、混合式的教学方式、生成性的教学关系是现代信息技术深度融合下教学的基本特征。 Under the background of the deep integration of modern information technology and teaching, such questions need to be studied as what changes have been made in the basic elements of teaching, how they relate to each other, and what the new features of teaching are and so on.Referring to the analytical framework of the "three-circle theory" of Leadership Strategic Management and decision-making put forward by Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University, we can describe the relationship between elements in the teaching process.As the decision-maker of teaching, the teaching process is a process from planning, decision-making to implementation and there are also three-circle distribution and three-circle crossover in teaching.When modern information technology is deeply integrated into teaching, the traditional circle of teaching elements is covered by modern information technology, and modern information technology and teaching elements depend on each other as a whole.Situational teaching environment, mixed teaching mode and generative teaching relationship are the basic characteristics of teaching under the deep integration of modern information technology.
