夏军权教授运用理气药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎

夏军权认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机以脾胃虚弱、气血运行受阻为本,导致热毒、血瘀、痰湿等病理因素停滞堆积胃膜,毒、瘀、痰蕴积日久,加重气血运行受阻的程度。本病的病机关键是气机运行不畅,故以疏理脏腑气机为治疗大法。理气药具有疏理、调畅气机的功效,在促使脏腑气机恢复正常运行方面具有重要作用。将两种理气药组成药对配合使用,疗效更佳。

Professor Xia Junquan believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is rooted in the weakness of the spleen and stomach,and the obstruction of the qi and blood circulation,which leads to the stagnation and accumulation of heat,blood stasis,phlegm,dampness and other pathological factors in the gastric membranes.The accumulation of toxin,blood stasis,and phlegm for a long time then aggravates the obstruction degree of qi and blood circulation.The key of its pathogenesis is qi does not move smoothly,so the primary treatment method is to smooth the qi movement of the viscera.Qi-regulating drugs have the effect of smoothing and regulating the qi circulation,playing an important role in restoring the normal operation of the viscera qi.The curative eff ect can be much better if two kinds of qi-regulating drugs are administered together as couplet medicines.
