小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠及功能锻炼治疗肩周炎

Clinical effi cacy of Xiaohuoluo Pills combined with diclofenac sodium and functional exercises in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis

目的观察小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠及功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将99例肩周炎患者依据就诊顺序分为对照组50例和观察组49例,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊口服,配合双手爬墙、甩手运动和头枕双手运动功能锻炼,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用小活络丸口服。治疗前后采用简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评估患者肩部疼痛情况,采用肩关节功能评价量表评估患者肩关节功能改善情况,并观察患者中医证候积分改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(89.80%,44/49)高于对照组(74.00%,37/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组SF-MPQ评分和中医证候积分低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组SF-MPQ评分和中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组肩关节功能评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组肩关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小活络丸联合西药及功能锻炼治疗肩周炎,能减轻肩部疼痛,改善肩关节功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of Xiaohuoluo Pills combined with diclofenac sodium and functional exercises in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods According to the order of treatment,99 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules,combined with hands climbing the wall,hand shaking and head pillow hand movement functional exercises.The observation group was given Xiaohuoluo Pills orally on the basis of the control group.The simplifi ed McGill Pain Questionnaire(SFMPQ)was used to evaluate the patients’shoulder pain before and after treatment,and the shoulder joint function evaluation scale was used to evaluate the improvement of shoulder function,and the improvement of TCM syndrome score was observed.Results The total eff ective rate in the observation group(89.80%,44/49)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%,37/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-MPQ score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function score of the 2 groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaohuoluo Pills combined with western medicine and functional exercises can relieve the shoulder pain and improve the shoulder joint function in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.
