Nrf2在中医药治疗脑缺血中的研究进展

Research progress of Nrf2 in the treatment of cerebral ischemia with traditional Chinese medicine

核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)作为抗氧化反应表达的重要转录因子,在维持细胞的氧化还原稳态中起着基本作用,并涉及细胞解毒,抗炎,NADPH再生和中间代谢等多种细胞保护功能。Nrf2的适度激活有利于减轻脑缺血后各项损伤,靶向Nrf2可能成为预防和逆转脑缺血的新型治疗策略。本文对于Nrf2在脑缺血中的作用机制,以及靶向Nrf2治疗脑缺血的中医药研究进展做一综述。

Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2),as an important transcription factor expressed in the antioxidant response,plays a basic role in maintaining cell redox homeostasis,and is involved in many cell protective functions,such as cell detoxification,anti-inflammatory,NADPH regeneration,and intermediate metabolism.The moderate activation of Nrf2 is benefi cial to alleviating various injuries after cerebral ischemia,and targeting Nrf2 may become a new treatment strategy to prevent and reverse cerebral ischemia.This paper reviews the action mechanism of Nrf2 and the research progress of TCM targeting Nrf2 in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.
