鱼腥草的药用价值研究进展

Progress in the research on the medicinal values of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.

鱼腥草是普遍存在于自然界中的一种草本植物,具有独特的医学和生物功效,被号为“天然第一抗生素”,并冠以“神草”的荣誉称号,引起了科学家的广泛关注。在传统医药膳食文化中,多数地区将鱼腥草作为可食用的美味野菜或传统药材用以医治病疾。现代医学研究发现鱼腥草中的部分成分具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用。随着更加深入的研究,鱼腥草的有效药用成分及其相关不良反应正被逐一发现,本文综述近年来关于鱼腥草的研究进展,以期为今后鱼腥草相关新药的研发提供理论基础。

Houttuynia cordata Thunb.is a kind of herbaceous plant in nature,having unique medical and biological effects.It has been named“No.1 natural antibiotic”and is honored as“divine herb”,which has long aroused scientists’extensive attention.In the traditional medicine and diet culture,it is used as an edible and delicious wild vegetable or traditional medicinal material to treat diseases in most areas.Research in modern medicine has found that some components in it have antibacterial,anti-oxidant,anti-tumor,anti-virus and other eff ects.With more in-depth research,the eff ective medicinal components of Houttuynia cordata and their related adverse reactions are being discovered and reported one by one.This paper reviews the research progress in this aspect in recent years,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the future research and development of new drugs related to the plant.
