矿物药的药理作用研究进展

Advances in pharmacological action of mineral drugs

矿物药作为中药的重要组成部分之一,历史悠久,资源丰富。在中医临床上具有不可或缺的重要作用。基于《中国药典》中收录的25种矿物药,文章对这些矿物药近几年的药理作用及作用机制研究进行阐述,根据药理作用分为:重镇安神、止血、解毒杀虫、清热及其他5大类。为科学合理的利用矿物药资源,更好的应用于临床提供参考。

As one of the important components of traditional Chinese medicine,the mineral medicines have a long history of research and application,abundant resources,playing an indispensable and important role in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the 25 mineral medicines included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the studies on their pharmacological actions and action mechanisms in recent years are elaborated on in this paper.Their pharmacological effects can be categorized into 5 classes,namely tranquillization with heavy prescription,hemostasis,detoxifi cation and killing parasites,clearing heat and others.The research in this paper aims to provide a reference for the scientific and rational utilization of mineral medicine resources and their better applications in clinical practice.
