基于工程技术理性原则的城市滨水重点地段营建实践

Construction of Urban Waterfront Key-Area Based on the Principle of Engineering Technical Rationality

近年来,城市滨水区域成为粤港澳大湾区城市建设的热点。滨水区域的特殊环境和高强度、高快速的开发需求,对城市营建提出了更高要求。针对城市滨水重点地段营建条件的复杂性,提出基于工程技术理性的设计原则,并对结合城市设计优化和城市总设计师制度管控平台的城市滨水重点地段营建实践进行了简述。

In recent years,urban waterfront area has become a hot spot of urban construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area The special environment,high-intensity and rapid development demand of waterfront area put forward higher requirements for urban construction.In view of the complexity of the construction conditions of urban waterfront key-areas,this paper puts forward the design principles based on engineering technology rationality,and briefly describes the construction practice of urban waterfront key-areas,combined with the urban design optimization and urban chief designer system’s platform of management and control.
