Practical Exploration of the"Narrow Roads and Dense Networks"Mode Under the Chief Planner Responsibility System:Taking Tianjin Badali Project as an Example

在"窄马路、密路网"的城市规划理念基础上,结合天津八大里项目的规划实践,通过分析"窄路密网"理念在建设实施中遇到的障碍,提出开放便捷需求下制度规范的弹性保障、精细化需求下实施建设的技术保障以及城市运营需求下开发管理的协同保障,以支撑"窄路密网"模式的顺利实施。

Based on the"Narrow roads and Dense Networks"of urban planning concept,this paper combines the planning practice of Tianjin Badali project,analyzes the obstacles encountered in the construction and implementation of the concept of"Narrow roads and Dense Networks",the flexible guarantee of institutional norms under the open and convenient demand,the technical guarantee for the implementation of construction under the refined demand,and the coordinated guarantee for development and management under the demand of urban operation are proposed to support the smooth implementation of the"narrow roads dense networks"mode.
