寒地城市街道空间价值重塑实践与思考——以乌鲁木齐水磨沟区为例

摘要 以乌鲁木齐水磨沟区城市街道靓化工程项目为依托,从城市更新的系统化方法出发,以人本需求重塑街道价值本源,积极重塑和复兴街道的空间价值,实现城市整体空间价值的提升和区域可持续发展。同时,尝试探索"因时、因地"的在地性城市更新思路,在传统街道亮化工作基础上,深刻剖析当地地域特征以及气候、交通、文化性等诸多空间场所限制问题,从精细化设计和精准化实施两方面综合统筹环境、社会、经济等多重价值需求,优化街道空间权益的再分配,以期促进城市民生改善、品质提升以及魅力彰显。 Based on the urban street beautification project in Urumqi,starting from the systematic method of urban renewal,this paper reshapes the source of street value according to the needs of people,actively reshapes and revives the spatial value of streets,and realizes the promotion of the overall spatial value of the city and the sustainable development of the region.At the same time,try to explore a"time and place"in-situ urban renewal idea,based on the traditional street beautification work,deeply analyze the local regional characteristics,climate,transportation,culture and many other space restrictions,from the two aspects of refined design and precise implementation,comprehensively plan the multiple value needs of the environment,society,economy and optimize the street space rights The redistribution of benefits is expected to promote the improvement of urban people’s livelihood,quality and charm.
