摘要
开关电源模块广泛应用于铁路信号产品中,为了对其重要参数纹波和噪声进行研究,从形成原理、测试方法、纹波抑制措施等多方面展开分析。利用示波器在不同带宽、不同带载条件下进行对比试验,总结出可靠的开关电源模块测试方法,以及抑制纹波和噪声的有效措施,为电源模块设计和测试提供参考。
Switching power supply module is widely used in railway signal products. So, its two key parameters, ripple and noise, are investigated and analyzed in term of formation principle, test method, measures for ripple suppression and other aspects. Contrast tests are conducted by using the oscilloscope at different bandwidths and loads, a reliable test method of power supply module is concluded and effective measures for suppressing ripple and noise are obtained, providing valuable reference for the design and test of power supply module.
