摘要
产教融合是有效提高人才培养质量的重要途径。深化产教融合,现已成为我国高等教育、职业教育中的一种基本办学模式。然而,在我国产教融合的办学实践中,存在政策制度不健全、行业组织的指导作用未能充分发挥、企业参与产教融合办学的动力不足、部分学校教师专业化水平不高及办学观念滞后等实践难题。要从根本上解决这些问题,亟需构建政府、行业、企业、学校"四位一体"育人模式,具体实践指向是政府引导管理、行业参与指导、企业和学校"双主体"育人的协同培养机制。
The integration of industry and education is an important way to effectively improve the quality of talents training. Deepening the integration of industry and education has gradually become a basic school running mode in China’s higher education and vocational education. However, in the practice of the integration of industry and education in China, there are some practical difficulties, such as the imperfect policy system, the insufficient guiding role of industry organizations, the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education, the low professional level of teachers in some schools, and the lagging concept of running a school. To solve this series of problems fundamentally, it is urgent to build a "four in one" education mode of government, industry, enterprise and school. The specific practice direction is the collaborative training mechanism of government guidance and management, industry participation guidance, and "dual subject" education of enterprises and schools.
