产教深度融合背景下高职服装专业教学体系的构建与实践研究

Research on the Construction and Practice of Costume Major Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Deep Integration of Industry and Education

高职院校作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,为社会源源不断地输送专业型技术人才,高职院校的教育宗旨是不仅要让学生精通专业理论,更要让学生熟练掌握专业技能,并能够在实际生产中灵活运用。"产教融合,校企合作"教学模式的提出,为培养学生职业技能和综合素质开拓了思路。文章结合高职院校服装专业目前产教融合的实际情况,针对现存的问题进行了分析,提出了具体改进措施,让高职院校学生全面提升职业技能,提高就业竞争力。

Higher vocational colleges, as an important part of China’s education undertakings, continuously deliver professional technical talents for the society. The education purpose of higher vocational colleges is not only to enable students to master professional theories, but also enable them to master professional skills and be able to use them flexibly in practical production. The teaching mode of "integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation" opens up new ideas for schools to train students’ vocational skills and comprehensive quality. Based on the actual situation of the current integration of industry and education of the costume major in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward specific improvement measures in order to enable students in higher vocational colleges to comprehensively improve their vocational skills and enhance their employment competitiveness.
