Operation Pattern of Urban Distribution for Fresh Agricultural Produce

生鲜农产品的城市配送运作模式可分为拉动式、推动式和推—拉式三种。通过分析比较三种运作模式,探讨生鲜农产品城市配送的运作机理。在此基础上,借鉴推—拉式供应链运作模式,以城市仓为推—拉边界,在现有模式基础上增加集货商和批发市场/第三方产地仓两个节点,在两个节点之间增加"公交化"运营和无人机送货方式,进一步提高生鲜农产品城市配送的时效和配送质量。

The urban distribution operation pattern of fresh agricultural produce can be divided into pull type,push type and push-pull type. The comparison and analysis for the three operation patterns were discussed to find the operation mechanisms of fresh farm produce in urban distribution. In order to make further efforts to enhance the efficiency and quality of urban distribution,this paper is based on push-pull supply chain operation pattern and takes the urban warehouse as the push-pull boundary by adding two links of the collector and the wholesale markets/the third-party origin warehouses,and by adding public transport and unmanned aerial vehicle delivery between the two links.
