摘要
《关于深化职称制度改革的意见》的发布给高校学报发展带来了机遇,有利于高校学报构建协同创新机制,有利于推动"以文评文"等评价机制的完善,可让高校学报获得更多的竞争优势和发展空间。但同时也给高校学报的发展带来了挑战,将加剧稿源的竞争。面对机遇和挑战,建议高校学报创新协同发展机制,加速转型发展,革新编辑理念。
The document on"Suggestions Concerning Deepening of the Professional Titles Evaluation System Reform"will provide many opportunities to universities’ journals. University journals will gain more competitive advantages and development space. This paper offers advice to universities’ journals in ways of building collaborative innovation mechanism,speeding up transformation and development,and changing the idea of editors.
