摘要
城镇化高质量发展是解决新时代社会主要矛盾的关键路径。文章将"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念作为城镇化高质量发展的评判标准,构建了城镇化高质量发展评价指标体系,对中国2011—2017年省域城镇化高质量发展水平进行了测度,并借助Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法,对中国城镇化高质量发展的区域差距进行了分解分析。结果表明:从时序演变来看,中国省域及四大区域城镇化高质量发展水平总体呈现上升趋势;从空间格局及其演变过程来看,中国城镇化高质量发展存在明显的空间自相关性,高值地区与低值地区在空间上集聚效应显著,城镇化高质量发展分区沿"胡焕庸线"有规律地分布,城镇化高质量发展空间分异明显;从区域差距来看,城镇化高质量发展的区域差距总体在缩小,东部地区内部差距最大,中部地区内部差距最小,区域间差距最大的是西部和东部地区,区域间差距是造成总体差距的主要来源。
High quality development of urbanization is the key way to solve the main social contradictions in the new era.This paper takes the new development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,open,and sharing"as the evaluation standard of high-quality development of urbanization,constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of urthe regional gap of high-quality development of China’s urbanization with the help of Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method.The results show that from the perspective of time series evolution,the overall high-quality development tern and its evolution process,there is obvious spatial autocorrelation in the high-quality development of urbanization in China,and the agglomeration effect of high value areas and low value areas is significant in space.The high-quality development zones of urbanization are regularly distributed along the"Hu Huanyong Line",and the spatial differentiation of highquality development of urbanization is obvious.From the perspective of regional gap,the overall regional gap of high-quality urbanization development is narrowing,with the largest gap in the eastern region and the smallest gap in the central region;the biggest gap between regions is in the western and eastern regions,which is the main source of the overall gap.
