摘要
淮河特大桥19#墩采用钢吊箱作为承台施工的围护结构,墩位处水深20余米,最大流速1.5 m/s,且部分河床高于钢吊箱设计底标高。施工中,采用反循环钻机攻克了河床黏土层的开挖难题;采取在底板预留孔上设置防卡钢筋、将原限位改为滚轴式等措施确保了钢吊箱的顺利下沉到位。
Pier 19#of the Huai He River bridge adopts steel box as the supporting structure for the construction of the platform.The water depth at the pier is more than 20 meters,the maximum flow velocity is 1.5 m/s,and part of the river bed is higher than the design bottom elevation of the steel box.During the construction,a reverse circulation drilling rig was used to overcome the difficulty of excavating the clay layer of the riverbed;measures such as installing antiseize steel bars on the vertical ring plate of the reserved holes and changing the limit guide to a roller type to ensure the smoothness of the steel box sink into place.
