针对山区高速公路圆管涵施工过程中存在的运输不便、各标段用量不大、分散预制成本高的难题,云茂高速公路项目结合现场实际,提出了小型构件集中预制的工作思路。在充分调研同类工程经验的基础上,以云茂高速公路土建第一合同段(简称TJ1标)小型构件预制场通过微创新打造"品质工程"为例,系统介绍了混凝土圆管涵管节预制模板优化、施工工艺优化、工效、质量检验及其适用性等情况。

In view of the inconvenience of transportation,the small amount of each standard,and the high cost of dispersed prefabrication during the construction of circular pipe culverts in mountainous expressways,YunMao project puts forward the working idea of centralized prefabrication of small components based on the actual situation on site.On the basis of fully investigating the experience of similar projects,taking the small component prefabrication site of the first civil construction contract(referred to as TJ1 standard)as an example to create a"quality project"through micro-innovation,the system introduces the optimization of the prefabricated formwork for the concrete circular pipe culvert section.Construction process optimization,work efficiency,quality inspection and applicability,etc.
