摘要
为了促进泡沫沥青技术推广应用,在介绍泡沫沥青160℃、170℃发泡试验的基础上,分析了泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的路用性能,对泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的技术优势进行了探讨,提出了泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生颗粒级配的技术要求。综合分析表明:泡沫沥青混合料可长时间存贮,迅速碾压成型,对于加快通车时间、缩短施工工期、降低路面施工成本具有优势。
In order to promote the application of foamed asphalt technology,based on the tests of foamed asphalt at 160℃and 170℃,the pavement performance of foamed asphalt plant mixed cold regeneration was analyzed,and the technical advantages of foamed asphalt plant mixed cold regeneration were discussed.The technical requirements for gradation of foam asphalt plant mixed cold regenerated particles were put forward.The comprehensive analysis shows that foamed asphalt mixture can be stored for a long time and be quickly rolled and molded.It is of great significance to speed up the opening time,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost of pavement.
