摘要
随着老年人逐渐增多,养老问题凸显,而医养结合的养老模式是未来的发展趋势。本文以九江庐山幸福里颐养社区为例,分析了项目建设过程中的优势、所遇到的问题和对策,以期对医养结合实践起到推动作用,发现该社区在项目选址、开发模式上具有优势,在推进医养结合过程中存在专业护理人员不足、养与医的界限不清,医保支付难度大、养老项目供给不足等困难,并提出对策建议。
With the increase of the elderly,the problem of providing for the aged becomes more and more serious,and the mode of combining medical care and support for the aged was the future development trend.Taking Happy Community in Lushan as an example,this paper analyzed the advantages,problems and countermeasures in the process of project construction,with a view to promoting the practice of medical and nursing integration.It was found that the community has advantages in project site selection and development mode,but in the process of promoting medical and nursing integration,there were insufficient professional nursing staff,unclear boundaries between medical and nursing,difficulty in medical insurance payment and pension,the project supply was insufficient and other difficulties,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
