摘要 基于粘性流体伯努利方程,文章推导出以轴向节流面作为阀口过流面积的U形节流槽阀口流量公式,并得到流量系数的理论表达式。对流量系数进行流场仿真研究,结果表明,流量系数随阀口开度的增加先迅速上升而后趋于不变,随节流槽深度的增加而减小,几乎与节流槽宽度无关。该变化规律主要影响因素为轴向与径向节流面积之比。该研究方法可为其它具有多级节流特征的节流槽阀口流量特性研究提供思路。 Based on Bernoulli equation of viscous fluid,flow formula of U-shaped notch throttle orifice was derived where axial throttle surface was used as the flow area of the valve and the theoretical expression of flow coefficient was obtained.Results of flow field simulation on flow coefficient showed that flow coefficient increased rapidly with expanding the valve opening and then tended to be constant;it decreased with the growing depth of the orifice;it was almost independent of the width of the orifice.The variation law was mainly influenced by the area ratio of axial and radial throttle surface.The research method could provide the reference for studying flow properties of other multistage throttle groove valve orifices.
