近二十年来国内矿业政策和矿业经济研究述评

Review of Domestic Mining Policy and Mining Economy Research in Recent 20 Years

近二十年来,学界加大了对中国矿业史的研究力度,取得了丰硕的研究成果,集中表现在矿业政策和矿业经济的研究上。学者们论述矿业政策主要以时间为切入点,探究全国性和地方性矿业法律、矿业管理机构和管理人员等对矿业开发活动的影响;论述矿业经济主要从矿业生产、运输、消费三个环节出发,探究资源储备、生产技术、销售模式、运输线路与工具、消费区域与结构等对矿产开发活动的影响。目前研究存在着缺乏系统性、理论性等问题,一方面由于矿业政策和矿业经济的研究资料有限,难以还原矿业活动的真实图景;另一方面由于学者们的学术背景不同,对具体矿业活动的解读存在些许出入。这是未来矿业政策和矿业经济研究需要着重关注的问题。

In the past two decades,the academic circles have done more efforts in researching the history of China's mining industry and achieved fruitful research results,which are mainly reflected in the research on mining policy and mining economy.Scholars discuss the mining policy according to times to explore the impact of national and local mining laws,mining management institutions and managers on mining development activities.And the mining economy is mainly analyzed from mining production,transportation and consumption to explore the impact of resource reserves,production technologies,sales modes,transportation routes and tools,consumption regions and structures on mineral development activities.Current researches are not systematic and theoretical.On the one hand,due to the limited research data of mining policy and mining economy,it is difficult to restore the real picture of mining activities;on the other hand,due to the different academic backgrounds of the scholars,there are some differences in the interpretation of specific mining activities,which are the problems that need to be focused on in the future research of mining policy and mining economy.
