摘要
幸福作为德育的终极价值追求引领并规制德育活动。传统德育强调对人的灌输、训导,体现出义务德育的流弊,与人的幸福背道而驰,当代德育应实现从义务论向幸福论转变。随着我国德育课程改革的逐步深入,幸福德育探索不断呈现。W市六小通过文化启德、课程育德、活动明德推动幸福德育的实施,以积极评价、师生共情、家校合作促进学生德福一致的实现。该校立德树人的校本实验为幸福德育发展提供了实践范本,验证了幸福德育的可操作性,其尚存的问题也说明践行幸福德育的复杂性。加强幸福德育理论研究与实践深化,是历史赋予德育的现实使命,亦是德育发展的文化自觉。
Happiness,as the ultimate value pursuit of moral education,leads and regulates moral education activities.Indoctrination and instruction of human beings are usually employed in traditional moral education,which reflects the disadvantages of compulsory moral education and is contrary to the happiness of human being.Therefore,in contemporary moral education,we should shift from Deontology to Eudaemonism.With the deepening of moral education curriculum reform in China,the exploration of happiness moral education presents.Through cultural enlightenment,curriculum education,and activity cultivation,No.6 Primary School in W city has promoted the implementation of moral education of happiness and realized the consistency of morality and happiness with positive evaluation,teacher's happiness associated with pupils'happiness,and family-school cooperation.The school-based exploration of"fostering virtue through education"provides a practical model for the development of moral education of happiness and verifies the practicality of moral education of happiness.However,its remaining problems also illustrate the complexity of practicing moral education of happiness.Strengthening the research and practice of the theory of moral education of happiness is the realistic mission of moral education bestowed by history,and also the cultural consciousness of moral education development.
