摘要
新兴产业创新网络存在着复杂性和特殊性。以张家港市氢能产业为案例,基于实地调研和访谈资料,对新兴产业创新网络的联系形式、空间尺度与形成机理进行了分析,主要结论为:氢能产业创新网络总体呈中心型和非中心型网络相结合的空间形态。创新网络中正式联系和非正式联系的产生均受路径依赖影响,且可以相互转化和促进。不同尺度创新网络的形成机制存在差异,本地尺度上主要机制是地理和社会临近,国内尺度上是认知、组织、制度和社会临近,而全球尺度上是认知、组织与社会临近。中国国内尺度跨区域创新联系的路径创造存在政府主导的"自上而下"和市场主导的"自下而上"两种方式,地方政府与大学及科研院所间存在着组织和制度临近,促进了创新网络的建立。
The emerging industry innovation network has its complexity and particularity. Taking the hydrogen energy industry in Zhangjiagang as a case, based on the field research and interview data, this paper analyzes the connection form, spatial scale and formation mechanism of the emerging industries innovation network. The main conclusions are: The hydrogen energy industry innovation network spatial form is a combination of central and non-central network. Both formal and informal connection in innovation network are influenced by path dependence, and can transform and promote each other. There are differences in the formation mechanism of innovation network on different scales. on local scale, the main mechanism is geographical and social proximity;on domestic scale, it is cognitive, organizational, institutional and social proximity;while on global scale, it is cognitive, organizational and social proximity. There are two ways to create cross-regional innovation links in China: government-led "top-down" and market-led "bottom-up". There are organizational and institutional proximity between local governments and universities, research institutes, which promotes the establishment of innovation networks.
