知识-关系双网下的组织惯例创新机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 组织惯例作为组织创新负效应的研究分支被组织创新领域研究广泛关注,然而近期关于创新理论与组织非契约治理方面的研究认为,适度的组织惯例中成员稳定的行为序列能够在一定程度上促进探索性创新;另一方面,前期社会网络研究认为其网络结点仅仅具备一个性质且结点本身的属性多为同构,然而近期越来越多的学者指出基于网络结点的不同性质一个组织内至少有两个关于创新的网络:研究者构成的社会网络与知识元素构成的知识网络。由此本文利用国家知识产权局专利检索与分析系统2010-2019生物制药产业专利数据信息构建在知识-关系网络双重结构特征的情景下组织惯例对探索性创新的不同影响研究。实证结果表明,知识-关系网络结构洞与中心性对组织惯例与探索性创新的倒U作用存在不同程度的调节作用。研究结论有利于理解不同类型网络结构特征下组织惯例促进组织创新性提升组织竞争力的原因,并为企业如何利用知识-关系网络解耦结构在组织变革中存活与提升组织探索性创新提供理论依据。 Organizational routine as a branch of research on the negative effects of organizational innovation have been widely concerned in the field of organizational innovation. However, recent research on innovation theory and organizational non-contract governance suggests that the stable behavior sequence of members in moderate organizational routine can promote exploratory innovation to some extent. On the other hand, the previous social network research considers that its network nodes have only one nature and the attributes of nodes themselves are isomorphic. Therefore, this paper makes use of the national intellectual property office patent retrieval and analysis system 2010-2019 biopharmaceutical industry patent data information construction in the knowledge-collaboration network dual structure of the situation of organizational practices on exploratory innovation research. The empirical results show that the knowledge-relationship network structure hole and centrality have different degree of moderating effect on organizational routine and inverted U of exploratory innovation. The conclusion is helpful to understand the reason why organizational routine promote organizational innovation to enhance organizational competitiveness under the characteristics of different types of network structure, and provide theoretical basis for enterprises to use the knowledge-collaboration network decoupling structure to survive and promote organizational exploratory innovation in organizational change.
