IL-17在原发性干燥综合征患者外周血中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of IL-17 in peripheral blood of pati ents with primary Sjogren’s syndrome

目的:探讨并研究白细胞介素-17(IL-17)在原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法:选择滁州市第一人民医院收治的42例pSS患者与同期在该医院进行体检的30例健康人作为研究对象。将其中42例pSS患者作为观察组,将其中的30例健康人作为对照组。对两组研究对象外周血中IL-17的水平进行检测,并将观察组患者分为初发组、稳定组和复发组,比较各组患者外周血中IL-17的水平,同时分析pSS患者外周血中IL-17的浓度与其免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的水平及红细胞沉降率(ESR)的关系。结果:观察组患者外周血中IL-17的水平高于对照组健康人,P<0.05。在观察组患者中,初发组患者与复发组患者外周血中IL-17的水平均高于稳定组患者,P<0.05;初发组患者与复发组患者外周血中IL-17的水平相比,P>0.05。通过进行Pearson相关性分析得知,pSS患者外周血中IL-17的浓度与其IgG的水平和ESR均呈正相关(r=0.678,P<0.05;r=0.634,P<0.05)。结论:IL-17在pSS患者外周血中的表达水平较高,此病患者外周血中IL-17的浓度与其IgG的水平及ESR呈正相关。外周血中IL-17表达水平的升高可能与pSS的发生发展存在一定的相关性。

Objective:To investigate the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17)in peripheral blood of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome(PSS)and its clinical significance.Methods:42 cases of PSS patients admitted to Chuzhou First People’s Hospital and 30 cases of healthy people were selected as the research object.Among them,42 patients with PSS were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group.The level of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the subjects in the two groups was detected,and the observation group was divided into the primary group,the stable group and the relapsed group.The level of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the patients in each group was compared,and the relationship between the concentration of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the patients with PSS and the level of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and the erythrocyte segregating rate(ESR)was analyzed.Results:The level of IL-17 in peripheral blood of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the level of IL-17 in peripheral blood of the initial group and the relapse group was higher than that of the stable group,P<0.05;The level of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the primary group was P>0.05 compared with that of the relapsed group.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood of PSS patients was positively correlated with the level of IgG and ESR(r=0.678,P<0.05;R=0.634,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with PSS is higher,and the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with PSS is positively correlated with the level of IgG and ESR.The elevated expression level of IL-17 in peripheral blood may be correlated with the occurrence and development of PSS.
