小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of xiaoerbaotaikang granules combined with cefuroxime axetil tablets in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的:探讨用小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:将2018年2月至2019年2月期间昆明市晋宁区辰鑫医院收治的104例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象。将这104例患儿分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对对照组患儿使用头孢呋辛酯片进行治疗,对观察组患儿联用小儿宝泰康颗粒和头孢呋辛酯片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:用小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果显著,可有效地缓解患儿的临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoerfuroxime axetil tablet combined with Xiaoerbaotaikang granule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.METHODS:A total of 104 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Chenxin Hospital of Jining District,Kunming City from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The 104 children were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The children in the control group were treated with cefuroxime ester tablets,and the children in the observation group were treated with xiaoerbaotaikang granules and cefuroxime ester tablets.Then,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of xiaoerbaotaikang granule and cefuroxime axetil tablet in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection has significant effect and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children.
