益肾通便汤治疗脑卒中后结肠慢传输型便秘的效果分析

Effect analysis of Yishen Tongbi Decoction on slow colonic constipation a fter cerebral apoplexy

目的:探讨并分析用益肾通便汤治疗脑卒中后结肠慢传输型便秘的效果。方法:选择德阳市人民医院2019年1月至12月期间收治的60例脑卒中后结肠慢传输型便秘患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规西医治疗,在此基础上用益肾通便汤对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的中医证候积分、临床疗效及停药后病情的复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的排便周期延长评分、粪便干硬评分、排便不畅评分和舌质紫黯评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。停药后3个月及停药后6个月,观察组患者病情的复发率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用益肾通便汤治疗脑卒中后结肠慢传输型便秘的效果显著,能有效地改善患者便秘的症状,降低其病情的复发率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Yishen Tongbei Decoction in the treatment of slow colonic constipation after stroke.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke slow colonic constipation admitted to Deyang People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as subjects.These patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Tongbei Decoction,and then the TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and disease recurrence rate after drug withdrawal were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the score of prolonged defecation cycle,dry and hard stool,poor defecation score and purple tongue dark score in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 3 months and 6 months after drug withdrawal,P<0.05.Conclusion:Yishen Tongben Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of slow colonic constipation after cerebral apoplexy,and can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
