国内IT规划研究进展:基础分析与实践应用

Research Development of IT Planning in China:Foundation Analysis and Practical Application

针对现有IT规划研究存在基础分析理论体系不健全、实践应用缺乏规范等问题,文章用内容分析法归纳了171篇文献内容,揭示了IT规划内涵、问题、架构及研究框架并从基础分析、实践应用两方面阐述了国内IT规划研究进展:基础分析多从规划效益、规划原则及方法论、规划内容及步骤三方面分别研究通用类IT规划、基于SOA的IT规划;实践应用研究多遵循IT规划框架,分通用、基于SOA、其他三类IT规划,集中于工业及服务业。

Aiming at the problems existing in current IT planning research,such as imperfect theoretical system of basic analy⁃sis and lack of standardization in practical application,etc.The authors sum up the contents of the 171 articles with the content anal⁃ysis method,revealed connotation,problems,architecture and research framework of IT planning,and its research development in China from two aspects of basic analysis and practical application.Basic analysis mostly studies general IT planning and SOA-based IT planning from three aspects of planning efficiency,planning principles and methodology,planning content and steps.Practical ap⁃plication research mostly follows the IT planning framework and is divided into three categories of general IT planning,SOA-based IT planning and other types of IT planning,which focus on IT planning for industry and service industry.
