日粮添加牛至提取物对生长育肥猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及胴体性状的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验研究日粮中添加牛至提取物对生长育肥猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、胴体性状的影响。试验选取200头体重接近、健康状态良好的育肥猪,随机分成4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组的育肥猪饲喂额外添加200、400、600 mg/kg牛至提取物的基础日粮。试验期90 d。结果显示,400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg牛至提取物组育肥猪末重和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),400 mg/kg牛至提取物组育肥猪料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg牛至提取物组育肥猪干物质和粗蛋白的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg牛至提取物组生长育肥猪的宰前活重和胴体重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。400 mg/kg、600mg/kg的牛至提取物组育肥猪肉pH值和肌内脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),400 mg/kg牛至提取物组育肥猪肉滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验表明,在生长育肥猪日粮中添加牛至提取物能够提高生长性能和营养物质表观消化率,改善胴体性状和肉品质,适宜的添加量为400 mg/kg。 The experiment studied the effect of adding oregano extract in diet on the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and carcass traits of growing-finishing pigs.In the experiment,200 fattening pigs with similar weights and good health conditions were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and ten pigs in each replicate.The fattening pigs in control group were fed with basal diet,and the fattening pigs in the test group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 200,400,600 mg/kg oregano extract.The test period was 90 d.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg,600 mg/kg oregano extract groups were significantly increased than those of control group(P<0.05),the feed weight of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg oregano extract group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg,600 mg/kg oregano extract groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pre-slaughter live weight and carcass weight of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg,600 mg/kg oregano extract groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the pH value and intramuscular fat content of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg,600 mg/kg oregano extract groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the drip loss of fattening pig in 400 mg/kg oregano extract group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding oregano extract to the diet of growing and finishing pigs can improve the growth performance and apparent digestibility of nutrients,and improve carcass traits and meat quality.The appropriate addition amount is 400 mg/kg.
