黄粉虫粪对肉鹅生长性能的影响研究

Effect of Tenebrio molitor feces on growth performance of meat geese

试验探究黄粉虫粪对肉鹅生长性能的影响。选取360只20日龄四川白鹅公鹅,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组肉鹅饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别饲喂添加5%(1组)、10%(2组)、15%(3组)、20%(4组)、25%(5组)黄粉虫粪的日粮。预试期3 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,各试验组肉鹅的平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3、4、5组肉鹅的平均日采食量显著高于1、2组(P<0.05)。2、3、4、5组肉鹅的料重比显著高于1组和对照组(P<0.05),3、4、5组肉鹅料重比显著高于2组(P<0.05),5组肉鹅养殖成本最低。试验表明,在肉鹅日粮中添加黄粉虫粪可以降低肉鹅饲料成本,提高经济效益。20~50日龄肉鹅饲粮中黄粉虫粪的适宜添加量为25%。

The experiment studied the effect of Tenebrio molitor feces on growth performance of meat goose. 36020-day-old Sichuan white geese(♂) were randomly divided into six groups with six replicates in each group and ten geese in each replicate. The geese in control group were fed with basal diet, and the geese in test groups were fed with diets supplemented with 5%(group 1), 10%(group 2), 15%(group 3), 20%(group 4), and 25%(group 5) Tenebrio molitor faeces. The pre-test period lasted for 3 d, and the formal period lasted for 30 d. The results showed that the average daily feed intake of meat geese in each test group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the average daily feed intake of meat geese in 3, 4, 5 group was significantly higher than that of 1, 2 group(P<0.05). The feed weight ratio of meat geese in 2, 3, 4, 5 group was significantly higher than that of group 1 and control group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of meat geese in 3, 4, 5 group was significantly higher than that of the group 2(P<0.05), and the cost of meat geese in group 5 was the lowest. The experiment indicates that adding Tenebrio molitor feces to the diet of meat geese can reduce the feed cost of meat goose and improve economic benefits. 25% of Tenebrio molitor feces should be added to the diet of 20~50 days old geese.
