微量元素氨基酸螯合物是第三代新型微量元素添加剂,具有稳定的化学结构、较高的生物学效价、良好的适口性,能够提高畜禽免疫力。文章综述氨基酸铁、锌螯合物的定义、特点、生物学功能以及在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为有机微量元素在动物营养方面的研究提供参考。

Trace element amino acid chelates is the third generation of new trace element additives,with stable chemical structure,high biological titer,good palatability,and can improve the immunity of livestock and poultry.In the paper,the definition,characteristics,biological functions and applications of complex amino acid chelates of iron and zinc were reviewed,in order to provide reference for further study of organic trace elements in animal nutrition.
