摘要
DNA甲基化是研究最为广泛的表观遗传标记之一,在哺乳动物的胚胎形成、生长发育、脂肪沉积等过程中发挥重要作用。肥胖不仅是人类面临的主要代谢疾病之一,过多的脂肪沉积在动物机体中也造成大量的能量及饲料资源浪费。文章概述细胞核及线粒体基因组DNA甲基化在哺乳动物肥胖及其脂肪沉积过程中的调控作用,以期为今后肥胖治疗、动物采食量及脂肪沉积方面的研究提供参考。
DNA methylation is one of the most widely studied epigenetic markers,it plays an important role in the embryo formation,growth and development,fat deposition and other processes in mammals.Obesity is not only one of the major metabolic diseases faced by human beings,but also excessive fat deposition in domestic animals causes a large amount of energy and waste of feed resources.In the paper,the regulatory role of nuclear and mitochondrial genomic DNA methylation in mammalian obesity and its fatty deposition process is reviewed in order to provide reference for future studies on human obesity treatment,feed intake of domestic animals and fat deposition.
