摘要
纳米氧化锌收敛、抗菌、抑菌效果优于普通氧化锌。文章从接触机制、锌离子溶出和自由基机制3个方面综述纳米氧化锌的抑菌机理,对不同合成方法及饲料中常见拮抗因子、协同因子引起纳米氧化锌效果差异进行总结,对后续纳米氧化锌与协同因子联用进行展望,以期为纳米氧化锌在饲料中的应用提供参考。
The nano-zinc oxide has a better astringent,disinfection and bacteriostasis effects than ordinary zine oxide.The paper reviews three aspects of nano-zinc oxide in bacteriostasis,namely contact,Zn2+and free radical,respectively,and summarizes three factors that influence nano-zinc oxide applications,which are synthesis method,antagonists and coefficients in feed.The paper prospects for the subsequent combined use of nano-zinc oxide and synergistic factors in order to provide reference for the application of nano-zinc oxide in feed.
