摘要
本试验在天敌繁育室内不提供任何食物和水的情况下,对2~5龄蠋蝽若虫和成虫分别进行了耐饥试验,并探究了不同饥饿处理时间对黄栌胫跳甲3龄幼虫捕食功能反应。结果表明,成虫的耐饥能力最强。饥饿12、24和48 h的3~5龄蠋蝽和成虫捕食黄栌胫跳甲3龄幼虫的功能反应均属于HollingⅡ型,经x^(2)检验,各圆盘方程理论值与实际值拟合较好,5龄若虫捕食能力最强,其次为成虫,再者为4龄若虫。同一虫态不同饥饿程度的蠋蝽对跳甲3龄幼虫取食量无显著影响。因此,野外释放蠋蝽时无需进行饥饿,虫态以老熟若虫和成虫最佳。
This experiment studies the tolerance of nymphs of the 2 nd-5 th instar and adults of Arma chinensis to starvation in a natural enemy breeding room without providing any food and water,and also explores the effects of different starvation treatments on the predation of 3 rd instar larvae of Ophrida xanthospilota.The experiment shows that the adults have the strongest tolerance to starvation.The predation of 3 rd instar larvae of O.xanthospilota by 3 rd-5 th nymphs and adults of Arma chinensis after starved for 12,24 and 48 h all have a HollingⅡtype functional response.A Chi square test shows that the theoretical and actual values of disc equation fitted well,and the 5 th instar nymphs of A.chinensis had the best predatory ability,followed by the adults,and then the 4th instar nymphs.Different starvation levels to A.chinensis at the same stages have no significant effect on their intake amount of O.xanthospilota 3rd instar larvae.Therefore,it is unnecessary to keep the A.chinensis hungry when releasing in the wild,and it is preferred to have mature and adult nymphs.
