摘要
随着时代的飞速发展,传统的学校管理模式已经不能满足时代的发展需求,阻碍了学校的可持续发展进程。对此,笔者从“让管理者的真诚润泽教师群体的情感、让教学管理的平台催生教师个体的创造、让教学管理的理念和机制激励教师驾驭复杂劳动、让课堂改革成为教学管理的聚焦地、让科学评价成为教师不竭”的动力五个方面,对人本化管理模式进行了有效探讨,催生了教师的教学智慧。
With the rapid development of the times,the traditional school management model can no longer meet the development needs of the times,which hinders the sustainable development of the school.In this regard,the author starts from“let the sincerity of managers moisten the emotions of the teacher group,let the teaching management platform promote the creation of individual teachers,let the concepts and mechanisms of teaching management inspire teachers to control complex labor,and let classroom reform become the focus of teaching management.”The five aspects of making scientific evaluation an inexhaustible motivation for teachers have conducted effective discussions on the human-oriented management model,which has given birth to teachers’teaching wisdom.
