摘要
科学准确地评估作战效能,是合理运用作战力量的前提,随着海防营在实战中的运用越来越广泛,需要研究一种正确高效方法准确评估其效能。首先,在可拓物理元相关知识的基础上,进行物元分析,确定待评指标的节域、经典域,并结合AHP,建立物元-AHP模型;其次,从机动投送、指挥控制、情报侦察、火力打击、综合防护、综合保障六个方面对海防营的作战效能进行分析,建立指标评价体系;最后,利用物元-AHP模型,根据实际中对相关数据的统计结果,采用专家打分法,对各评估指标的实测值进行归一化处理,评价出海防营的作战效能,并为该力量战场运用提供参考。
Scientific and accurate assessment of combat effectiveness is a prerequisite for the rational use of combat forces. As the coastal defense battalion is more and more widely used in actual combat, it is necessary to study a correct and efficient method to accurately evaluate its effectiveness. First of all, the thesis conducts matter-element analysis based on the related knowledge of extensible physical elements, determines the node domain and classical domain of the indicators to be evaluated, and establishes the matter-element-AHP model in combination with AHP. Secondly, the article analyzes the combat effectiveness of the coastal defense battalion from six aspects: mobile projection, command and control, intelligence reconnaissance, fire strike, comprehensive protection, and comprehensive support, and establishes an index evaluation system. Finally, based on the actual statistical results of relevant data, the article uses the matter-element-AHP model to use the expert scoring method to normalize the measured values of each evaluation index to evaluate the combat effectiveness of the sea defense battalion. The article provides a reference for the use of this force on the battlefield.
