摘要 舰炮液压系统可靠性直接影响舰炮作战使用效能。根据舰炮液压系统实际功能划分及基本组成情况构建故障树,运用基于经验函数修正的蒙特卡洛仿真抽样算法对系统可靠性进行分析。通过可靠性曲线分析,找出影响液压系统可靠性的薄弱环节,提出技术解决方案,具有一定的工程实际应用价值。 The reliability of the naval gun hydraulic system directly affects the operational effectiveness of the naval gun. The article constructs a fault tree according to the actual functional division and basic composition of the naval gun hydraulic system, and analyzes the reliability of the system by using the Monte Carlo simulation sampling algorithm based on empirical function correction.Through the reliability curve analysis, the weak links that affect the reliability of the hydraulic system is found out, and technical solutions are proposed, which have certain engineering practical application value.
