豫西“三软”煤层回采巷道底鼓变形机制与控制技术 被引量:8

摘要 针对河南西部"三软"煤层回采巷道严重的底鼓现象,通过实验室实验与工程实践手段进行了研究分析,得到了豫西"三软"煤层底鼓的主要原因为底板松软岩层的流变变形与遇水物化膨胀的扩容所致,基于此,经过长期实践,提出了底鼓的控制方案。工程实践表明,沿空留巷能够有效改善三软煤层回采巷道底鼓变形。研究成果对于豫西"三软"煤层回采巷道底鼓控制提供了一定的借鉴。 Aiming at the serious floor heave phenomenon of the "three soft" coal seam in western Henan, laboratory experiment and engineering practice have been carried out, and it has been obtained that the main reason for the floor heave of the "three soft" coal seam in western Henan is the soft floor.The rheological deformation is caused by the expansion of physical expansion in contact with water.Based on this, after long-term practice, a control plan for the floor heave is proposed. Engineering practice shows that retaining roadways along the goaf can effectively improve the bottom deformation of the roadway in the three-soft coal seam. The research results provide a certain reference for the control of the bottom heave of the stoping roadway in the "three soft" coal seams in western Henan.
