破碎顶板预掘回撤通道支护技术实践 被引量:11

摘要 破碎顶板综采工作面采用预掘回撤通道进行支架回撤,当回采工作面与回撤通道贯通剩余50 m时,回撤通道安装垛式支架补强支护。通过现场监测表明,回撤通道在工作面回撤过程中顶板最大移近量为400 mm,未出现压架事故,实现了综采工作面支架安全快速顺利回撤。 In the fully mechanized mining face with broken roof, the pre-excavation withdrawal channel is used to withdraw the support. When the remaining 50 m is left between the mining face and the withdrawal channel, the stack support is installed in the withdrawal channel to strengthen the support.The field monitoring shows that the maximum roof movement of the withdrawal channel in the process of working face withdrawal is 400 mm, and there is no frame collapse accident, which realizes the safe,rapid and smooth withdrawal of support in fully mechanized mining face.
