摘要
针对神木北部矿区德泉煤矿工作面上覆1-2煤层小窑火区的特点及形成因素,通过采用"地面灌注复合胶体"灭火,"地面灌注聚脲酸酯高分子发泡材料"封堵,"地面灌注液态氮气+地面灌注阻化剂"防火等"三位一体"的系统防灭火技术措施,使得火区得到了有效控制,A和B两处火源范围封堵区域内的监测钻孔内的O_(2)浓度稳定在5%以下,CO浓度逐渐降低到10×10^(-6)以下,C_(2)H_(4)和C_(2)H_(2)气体体积分数基本为0,火区内的空气温度下降至30℃以下,并持续稳定1个月以上,确保了工作面的安全回采,从而形成一套适合神木北部矿区小窑火区的安全、高效的综合防灭火治理技术。
According to the features and forming factors of the fire area of small coal mines in No.1-2 seam at working face of Dequan coal mine in the northern mining area of Shenmu, through the use of trinity system fire-fighting technical measures including ground infusion of composite colloid to extinguish fire, ground pouring polyureate polymer foam material for plugging, ground infusion of liquid nitrogen and ground infusion of inhibitor for fire prevention, so that the fire area has been effectively controlled, the O_(2) concentration in the monitoring borehole in the blocked area of the fire source range of A and B stabilized below 5%, the CO concentration is gradually reduced to below 10×10^(-6), C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(2) gas volume fraction is basically 0, the air temperature in the fire zone drops below 30 ℃, and continue to be stable for more than 1 month, which ensures the safe mining of the working face. As a result, a set of safe and efficient comprehensive fire prevention and control technology is formed, which is suitable for the fire area of small coal mines in the northern mining area of Shenmu.
