摘要
目前的一些支护装备及技术条件已不能完全适应快速掘进的需要。以掘锚机为基础,配以锚运破一体机和伸缩带式输送机的快速掘进系统,通过掘锚机与锚运破一体机的支护分工以及伸缩带式输送机运输作业的连续性,可大大提高掘进生产效率。通过一种巷道的支护工艺,将快速掘进系统与掘锚机单独作业的效率进行分析比较,说明快速掘进系统的优势。
Some of the current support equipment and technical conditions can not fully meet the needs of rapid excavation. On the basis of the bolt miner, the rapid tunneling system combined with the bolt loader and the telescopic belt conveyer, and through the support division of the bolt miner and the bolt loader, and the continuity of the telescopic belt conveyer, can greatly improve the efficiency of tunneling production. Through a supporting technology, compares the efficiency of the rapid tunneling system with that of the bolt miner alone, and explains the advantages of the rapid tunneling system.
