摘要 针对煤矿机电安全状态影响因素众多且复杂,安全隐患难以识别的问题,提出基于AHP-TOPSIS的煤矿机电安全综合评价模型。依据机电事故致因理论,选取引起煤矿机电安全风险的20个评价指标,构建煤矿机电设备安全状态评价指标体系;然后采用AHP法计算各指标权重,并结合TOPSIS法计算样本与理想解的相对贴近度,将各指标权重与相对贴近度进行耦合,最终预测煤矿机电设备安全等级。将该模型应用于国家能源投资集团某矿,计算得出矿井机电安全等级为II级,根据预测结果逆序分析识别安全隐患,分析结果符合现场实际情况。 Aiming at the problem that there are many and complex factors influencing the safety status of coal mine electromechanical equipment, and it is difficult to identify the potential safety hazards, a comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine electromechanical safety based on AHP-TOPSIS method is proposed. According to the cause theory of mechanical and electrical accidents, selects 20 evaluation indexes constructs safety status evaluation index system of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment;then, AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each index, and TOPSIS method is used to calculate the relative nearness degree between the sample and the ideal solution, and the index weight is coupled with the relative nearness degree, finally the safety level of coal mine electromechanical equipment is predicted. The model is applied to a mine of China energy investment group, and the safety level of mine electromechanical is II. According to the prediction results, the hidden danger is identified by reverse order analysis, and the analysis results are in line with the actual situation.
